Manage a team of Relationship Executives (REs).
Ensure adherence with Market Place discipline.
Daily timely reporting of numbers.
To ensure that the team meets its monthly/weekly sales target of Credit Card.
To develop & maintain strong relationships with employees of various stores.
To ensure that Credit Card visibility in the assigned Stores and branches.
To ensure Quality, work ethics & basic hygiene of team members
Report any incident to Area Manager
MinimumEducational Qualification: Graduation Pass
work experience: Preferably sales experience (80%).
Minimum3 Years of experience in Team Handling, preferable in Banking Industry or direct sales
Minimum2 years of Team handling experience
Good understanding of Financial products
Comfortable standing for long hours and working on weekends & public holidays
