Role: Relationship Manager – Direct Sales
Purpose of Role: The primary responsibility of the RM/Sr.RM is to sell insurance policies by generating leads though retail distribution model and serving existing customers or leads leads that received from the channel apart from sourcing business from

- This will ensure that the channel will remain competitive and successful.

Description of Role:
1. Increase top of the funnel by driving periodic BTL activities to generate the prospect base through natural market, RD support & corporate worksites
2. To contact the qualified prospects on an ongoing basis to maximize face-to-face meetings with the prospects
3. Adopt a need based selling approach (basis the financial Needs Analysis),catering to the customer's profile and his/her needs
4. Rigorous & timely follow- up on all prospects that are in the work in progress stage
5. Update & enrich prospect information in the leads Management System (LMS) / VYMO
6. Track performance at all times in the LMS/ VYMO & strive to maximize process efficiency (i.e. meetings %, prospect - conversion %)
7. Generate referrals from prospects/ customers and build own pipeline and increase the size of the funnel
8. Assist & coordinate with the customers for the medical formalities, collcetion of documents etc. to faciliate smooth policy issuance
9.Ensure that all procedural requirements for policy issuance are complete & correct
10. Track the policies that have been logged in the branch to ensure speedy Issuance
