Job Description:
Relationship Manager - Direct Sales - Real Estate
Experience : 1 to 3 Years in sales domain like Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Software and others.
Salary Offered : 3 L PA to 3.6 L PA with best in industry incentives.
Education Requirement : UG/PG.
The key responsibilities for the Relationship Manager :
1. Convert lead/prospect into a Customer for the organization. Touch base with clients.
2. To identify potential clients who are keen on investing in new property.
3. Meeting clients and co-ordinate with them on a regular basis and assisting with site visits with clients. Address their queries.
4. Establish cordial relationships with internal customers, clients and developers.
5. Site visit with clients, Completion and submission of necessary forms.
6. Assisting the clients in formalities and documentation.
