Job Description

Candidate must be good at English and TamilMust have Two Wheeler Roles and Responsibilities
  • To achieve monthly/weekly products segment targets as defined by the BM in the defined territory.
  • To identify and understand customer needs by probing and providing solutions to get Order
  • To collect customer wise, age bucket wise outstanding due receivable statement from CRM.
  • To plan with RM daily/weekly/monthly collection target and ensure achieving the collection target agreed with BM.
  • To coordinate with the CRM or accounts department for sending reminder mail before the due date and follow up for collection on the due date.
  • Plan daily field visits meet 10-12 customers a day(call Coverage ratio-CCR) and submit daily activities reports in salesforce.
  • To plan Effective market coverage (EMC) by the market visit as per the PJP with priority customers set on sales, collection and product segment.
  • To obtain quotation status reports from CRM assigned by BM to plan visits to follow up for conversion.
  • To visit markets in a defined territory to generate lead as prospects by cold calling and achieve lead enquiry target set by BM.
