1) Meetor exceed all business targets (Sales, manpower amp;amp; productivity) with ateam of 10-12Managerof Agents

2)Maximizesales amp;amp; drive business growth by deliveringinitiatives amp;amp; promotion programs amp;amp; providing targeted supportto the team.

3) Ensure cleartargets amp;amp; effective performance management process by providing advice,consultancy amp;amp; support to the team; coaching amp;amp; mentoring foragency leader development; effectively manging amp;amp; monitoringpoorsalesperformance amp;amp; non compliance amp; amp ,takingdisciplinary action when necessary.

4)Branchprofitability: Achieve revenue targets of own channel. Manage cost controls against bugdetof controllable cost items.

5)Doingheavy cold callings, Getting New Leads, closing sales, completing documentsformalities for loan, Promoting Sales, Achieving the targets, Daily reportingof the sales achieved.

6)Minimum 2- 3years’ experience in Man-management role.
