Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assisting them with their financial investment needs, and providing excellent customer service. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in relationship management or customer service roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of financial products and investment strategies
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst(CFA) are a plus
