Department – Personal Finance 

Responsibilities –

• Advising customers on various aspects of Personal Finance
  
• Calling back customers and creating profiles with all relevant data
  
• Performing a Need Analysis to ensure the right financial products are recommended to customers
  
• Ensuring they are equipped with the information they need to ensure they are not cheated
  
• Encourage customers to meet Service Providers and thereby generating leads
  
• Fixing appointments to ensure meeting between Customer and Service Provider
  
• Ensuring the Customer is interested and is not being forced to meet the Service Provider
  
• Ensuring the credibility of the Company is not compromised
  
• Constantly upgrading yourself to ensure you provide the most up to date information to the customers

• Strong aptitude in Personal Finance
  
• Good Communication skills in English and one regional language
  
• Graduation or Post Graduation in Commerce and Management mandatory (B.com, BBM, BBA, MBA & M .Com)
  
• Has to clear Wealth Doctor Aptitude Test with minimum 50%
