What’s Required of you

Candidate Should be team & result oriented capable for Marketing and Sales

Analyze and Understand the Current Market Trend in Real Estate and stay updated.

Understand Customers requirements and suggest Prospective properties

Achieving targets based on the monthly/quarterly/annual Marketing plan

Identify business opportunities, attend meetings and make presentations.

Market property by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospect leads.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance

Converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which matching the investment need of the prospects

Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with PropAddress at all touch-points

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Always maintain the Ethical Values and Integrity of the Organization.

*Two Wheeler Compulsory

What we are looking for

Graduation / MBA degree
Communication skills and networking ability.
Passionate for Sales & Marketing
Experience in sales will be an added advantage
Ability to understand the requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects
High levels of passion, aggression and outgoing
Should have a pleasing personality, street smart with polite nature.
Should be a Go-getter and very good convincing skills, negotiating skills
