Roles and Responsibilities -
1. Drive conversions in our lead pipeline through Voice and Non Voice Process.
2. Working together with counsellors in processing the application and Visa
3. Doing multiple follow ups with students and keeping the student engaged till visa.
4. Getting the feedback from students and helping them in clearing their doubts.
5. Working as a Bridge between Counsellor and Student.
6. Convincing the students to book IELTS exams with us. Pitch LeapScholar's various offerings including IELTS, Counselling, Application Filing, Visa services, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile -
1. Must be from Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore., Delhi or Chennai
2. Minimum 2-4 years of proven sales track record and high ticket sales experience would be a bonus.(Exp in Study Abroad is an Advantage)
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Should be proficient in Hindi and English language, knowing any regional language will be a plus. Should be comfortable to work on weekends(Sat compulsory working), with a week off Sunday fixed off.
5. Should be tech-savvy, high agency, and result-oriented
.6. Must have experience in doing upselling and cross selling.
7. Effective presentation and negotiation skills. Hands on MS office excel, Crm.
