Job Description

Hiring for 40 Candidates

Key Responsibilities
1) Responsible for achieving revenue targets.
2) Manage Sales Partners to grow Personal & Business Loan in their own portfolio.
3) Manage existing relationships with banks and NBFCs and develop new partnerships
4) Independently handle relationships with Banks and NBFCs
5) Analyze financial requirements of clients and offer products accordingly.
6) Good Communication and retain relationship with assigned partners
7) Review and diversify existing partners portfolio on a regular basis and provide guidance accordingly
8) Update and cross sell products to existing clients/Partners and update them about the lending trends.
9) Lead and data Management, preparing MIS and daily activity reports

Desired Candidate :
* Understanding of the Personal Loan & Business Loan, having minimum 6monts to 2 year experience in Personal & Business Loan sales.
* High-energy, company first, team first, positive attitude
* Team Player: We help each other, we teach each other, we grow with each other
* Develop frameworks to analyze information, situations and data.
You should be able to develop high-level relationships with partners - you will develop partnerships and work on developing new business as well

Skills:
Social/Interpersonal Skills: have excellent socializing and relation building skills.
Communication Skills: have excellent communicating and listening skills, ability to explain complex information clearly and in a simplified manner. Should be a confident individual and must conduct and present themselves well in front of assigned partners and clients
Analytical Skills: Is able to analyze the requirements of the partners & clients, base their financial goals and have strong logical and numerical ability.
