Relationship Manager (JD): 

• Salary :(18000 to25000)
• Looking for outgoing and customer service-oriented relationship manager. 
• In this role, you will be responsible for meeting /interacting with clients, educating them about our services, and guiding them to make the best decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• ·         Identifying, and securing business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities like lead generation, prospective management, developing sales strategies.
• ·         Understanding client needs and offering solutions, follow up calls and sales closures.
• ·         Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize in value.
• ·         Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services in an effort to guide their choices.
• ·         Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
• ·         Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective client information.
• ·         Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
• Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.

Requirements:

• ·         Experience with lead generation, prospect management and closures.
• ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
• ·         Should be energetic, persuasive and goal oriented.
• ·         Able to work as an individual as well as to take team along in achieving objectives.
• ·         Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships.
• ·         3-4 years of cold calling experience; previous experience in outbound calls, inside sales or related ones and knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
• ·         Experience in Education, Immigration services, Travel & leisure, and related kind of sectors in a consultative environment would be an added advantage.

·         Graduate with Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM/Salesforce would be plus
