DESIGNATION: Relationship Manager
DEPARTMENT: Persistency/Collection
EDUCATION: HSC Pass & Above (Graduates Preferred)
SKILL SET:
Excellent communication skills
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

JOB DESCRIPTION
Must have experience either in Persistency/Renewal Calling/Sales/Customer service calling
Mandatory Insurance background candidates
Experience in Outbound Calling.
Reaching the targets and goals set for your profile.
Maintain track of the payments in the system
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Good command over language (English, Hindi)
