The job of the Telecaller/Relationship Manager consists of assisting the firm in building a strong relationship with customers, identifying new (mutual) business opportunities to increase profitability and sustain customer base, fulfilling its expectation/objectives and maintaining its satisfaction.

Ø Required fresher’s or experienced candidates with strong communication skills and convincing power.
Ø Responsible for securing new customers.
Ø Follow up on customers.
records of customer details.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Ø Researching prospects and generating leads.
Ø Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone and email
Ø Outbound calling or customer services experience.
Ø Feedback-mails/phones (communication channel)
Ø Ability to listen, convince and satisfy the query.
Ø Scheduling and taking the meetings of the customer in office as well as online meeting through video calling.
Ø Should have a basic operating knowledge of Computer
