· Register queries or new requirements from clients and allocate work to FLA accordingly.
· Team management and solve the work related issues raised by teams and freelancers.
· Monitoring the FL and quality assurance of their work.
· Advance Billing and create FLA payment reports.
· Follow up with Associates(CA,CS) and giving proposal to clients.
· Act as the point of contact between the executives,Freelancers and internal/external clients
· Maintain good relationships with clients so that business can maximize the value of those relationships.
· Identify key contacts at potential clients to establish relationships.
· Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address.
· Provide excellent service to maintain positive reputation of the company.
· Resolve any customer complaint promptly and professionally.
· Participate in one and one meeting with clients.
· Set targets and develop and execute a strategy to meet them.
· Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
