• Develop assigned Real estate micro markets across Mumbai.
• Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of revenue and number of customers.
• Jobs requires visiting and meeting prospective clients to understand their real estate requirements.
• Make Sales presentation and prepare business proposal to the client based on their requirement.
• Identifying the right real estate based on the specifications provided by the client.
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
• To develop new market, new territories, new clients and generate new business for the company.
• Finally close the sale with the client and achieve target sales.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Adhere to the instructions given by Area Managers/ seniors
• Adhere to the company policies and maintain highest levels of professional conduct
• Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, support policies, procedures and standards
