Artfills jobs - Relationship Manager

• Be the face of Artfills and own relationship/business with the customer schools
• Manage teacher schedules for all schools and manage class calendar in schools for Artfills classes
• Manage promotional events and parent interactions for admissions
• Quality check: Track course implementation in schools at regular intervals
• Manage course implementation and parent/school communication
• Efficiently handle customer/school support, queries and issues
• Providing ongoing support to user teachers, parents and school
• Providing user support through personal visits, telephonic/email communication, issue resolution, issue escalation and maintaining weekly contact
• Pre-sales academic support to Sales team members
• Ensure compliance with systems/practices in place
• Ensure proper documentation and periodic reporting
• Requires travel within city and 7-10 days outside the city as well
• Management of Key Accounts

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Academic exposure or Education Industry experience is preferred
• Basic understanding of any Indian classical Art is an added advantage
• Team player with process orientation and service mindset. Flexible for local/outstation travel.
