Designation : Relationship Manager (POP Sales & Marketing)
Product: NPS (National Pension System)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1)The candidate is required to work under the guidance of Territory Manager and generate corporate NPS leads & achieve corporate, subscriber & AUM targets for NPS.
2)Meet HR Head/C&B Head/relevant authority in the corporate/PSUs and design NPS implementation plan.
3)Responsible for conducting online/in-person presentations to senior management/employees.
4)Travel & create product visibility and build business profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on new opportunities.
5)Perform any other related duties, as assigned by the Management.

2) Sales planning & analytical skills.
3) People management & communication skills.
4) High on integrity and accountability.
5) Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Qualifications & Experience required :
1) Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA from a reputed college/institution/ university specialization preferred in Marketing & Finance.
2) Freshers are considered but only from Marketing stream.
3) 1-2 years of experience in B2B and B2C Sales.
