· Call clients and prospects that are interested in properties and offer them deals.
· Communicate with clients to identify their requirements.
· Oversee the preparation and approval of documents.
· Coordinating the closing of property deals.
· Line up & Schedule site visit for every day / weekend Site visit Achieving written down Visit / F2F meetings targets

· Should have 2 wheeler and android mobile
· Ability to understand customers needs
· Good communication skills in both English and local language
· Problem solving and analytical ability
· Should have a keen eye for detail and work under tight timelines
