Responsibility of candidates:
1. Managing incoming and doing out bounding calls and customer service inquires
2. Generation sales leads that develop in to new customers
3. No sales targets only have to achieve standard talk time for the attendance purpose
4. 6 days proper training with some assess which has to be completed
5. Should able to speak and understand Telugu and Hindi language as well
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
- interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
