Relationship Managers / Relationship Managers
We are looking for
candidates having experience in direct retail sales of general insurance
products. Candidates must have sound knowledge of insurance products of
different insurance companies having worked with general insurance companies,
insurance brokers with exposure in handling Dealers, DSA, Agents / advisors
will be given preference. Job entails developing Retail General Insurance
business in assigned area in coordination with the Retail head. Liaison and
relationship building with insurance companies for activity management by
promoting sales of non-motor miscellaneous lines of business.
Involvement in doing
Business Opportunity Presentation for bringing new advisors in the
· Sourcing new clients
for the general insurance products through a mix of new and follow-up calls,
both cold and referred. Also, responsible for client retention as well as
selling new products in the New accounts
· Keeping track of
competition in terms of product and performance device strategies to market the
· Devising strategies
with the management for micro macro expansion of business
· To adhere to business
process and controls as laid down by HO and ensure strict compliance of
regulations as laid down by IRDA
· Provide support in
client servicing / underwriting, placement of business inluding claims.
· This profile will also
involve traveling across the region.
· Independently handling
Lead generation and should be self-motivated.
· Resolving query,
servicing issues and escalation the same to desired level.
· Coordination with
operations/ technical team for servicing.
· Engage in corporate
outreach, generate leads and new business retail opportunities for Personal and
Miscellaneous lines of business.
· Responsible for
generating new business with specific focus on GMC, GPA and other personal
lines of business.
· Interact and negotiate
with various insurance companies to get competitive quotes and terms for the
aforesaid lines of business.
· Achieving targets and
productivity in terms of revenue generation
· Any other duties
assigned by the management from time to time.
Graduate / MBA
Experience – of 1 to 4
years of Direct Sales preferably with Broking firm and / or General Insurance
Salary will not be a
constraint for the right candidate.
