Acquire new customers through leads and cold calls
● Follow-up regularly on open leads to ensure lead conversion
● Work closely with the operations team to provide a great service for our customers
● Follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction
● Keep track of customer database and record feedback
● Provide email and SMS support to customers
● Ensure that the customer receives the highest standard of service
● Improve client retention through great customer service
Experience:
● Work experience of 2+ years in a call center setup
● Experience in gold loan/financial industry is a plus
● Experience with support software like Freshdesk is a plus
Qualifications:
● Excellent communication skills: fluent in English and Kannada
● Ability to speak Telugu/Hindi is a plus
● Good typing skills and basic computer knowledge
● Amicable personality; must be a delight to talk to
● Must be customer-focused and sales oriented
● Must be passionate about your job, willing to put in extra effort whenever required
