· affluent and
mass market clients for their mortgage requests from internal stakeholders such
as marketing campaigns, inbounds mortgage enquiries and also branch walk-in.
· Establish relationship with external
stakeholders (e.g. property agents, brokers, related other external sales
agents) to increase referrals for mortgages.
· End to end implementation of mortgage sales
process from case processing right up to acceptance of loan offer.
· Responsible for acquisition and maintaining
of healthy & quality portfolio of the asset products with adherence to the
Compliance and KYC guidelines led down by the Bank.
· Responsible for developing and maintaining
productive relationships with priority clients.
· Identifying every sales lead and of making
the most out of every opportunity to increase revenue and profitability.
· Keeping abreast of market trends and
competitor offerings, and conduct regular market updates and follow-up
activities for target customer groups, to better enhance the product
differentiation in relation to external competition.
· Developing new and expanding existing HNI
relationships of liabilities.
· Sourcing new bank customers through external
individual efforts and acquisition channel.
· Responsible for Cross sell of third party
products like HPP, Life Insurance & Mutual Funds to existing clients so as
to generate revenue for the Bank.
