Responsibility:- 1. Responsible for expansion of customer base and sales agents called Changemaker/Referral partner 2. Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues & generate revenue from untapped markets. 3. Guide & facilitate channel team/agents to drive sales for their respective territories 4. Team monitoring – daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly around targets, productivity, throughput & range selling etc. 5. Reporting – Ensuring quality reporting on time on value and volume targets 6. Creation of week wise sales plan and allocating LAP, Unsecured, Term Loan targets to each channel partner on mutual discussion, ensuring regular follow up to track progress and take corrective action. 7. Ensuring proper planning and availability of resources in advance for all market activities (campaign) (Door to Door marketing, Pamphlet distribution),coordinate with partners on ground 8. Tracking daily sales efficiency by seeing the number of leads generated, Quality of files sources as per policy. 9. Attend personal discussion with customer for all loan cases to understand customer profile. 10. Provide insights to credit team Required Candidate Profile:- 1 Min 3-5 Years of Experience in banking and business loan segment. 2. Well versed with Delhi & NCR markets 3. Minimum qualification required is graduate.
