Role Summary:
Manage inbound/outbound customer engagement for Aditya Birla’s BFSI process—delivering high-quality service and driving sales of financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally
Promote and cross-sell insurance, mutual funds, NBFC products
Resolve customer queries promptly
Maintain communication quality and adherence to call-center standards
Eligibility:
12th pass or graduate
Minimum 2 years’ BFSI call center experience (banks, NBFCs, insurance, mutual funds)
Female candidates preferred
English proficiency with Versant ≥ 6
Compensation & Perks:
Salary: Open, commensurate with last drawn
