We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Relationship Officer to join our team, focusing on sourcing MSME customers from local markets. The ideal candidate will engage in daily cold calls, ensuring timely disbursement of loans while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be expected to achieve assigned targets and ensure all collections and repayments are processed punctually in accordance with our policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any graduate
• Experience: Freshers to 3 years
• Requirements: 2-wheeler is compulsory, proficiency in Basic English and local language, basic computer skills, and relevant local market knowledge. Residency in the hub locality is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
  
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
