He will be the first contact (or the proverbial touch point) with the prospective client and in other words the ambassador for the company.
He initiates the dialogue with the investor and addresses all the queries raised by the prospect with the help of marketing tools provided by the company like presentation kit/power point presentation etc.
He will be responsible to log as many number of prospects as possible in a given day and ensure early conversion of such prospects into registered clients of the company.
He shall have fair knowledge of all financial products & services more particularly stock market investments, mutual funds, corporate bonds, government securities, mutual fund schemes, etc.
He will be always on the move and takes guidance from his Team Leader /Marketing Manager for all his interactions with the clients.
He will maintain his unique data base and also receives the referrals from his seniors for sourcing new clients.
He will be an excellent communicator in English, local language and Hindi. Knowing other languages will be an added advantage.
He will hold a valid licence and a two wheeler which will help to move around to meet the prospective clients and complete closures.
He will set up stalls, kiosks in key locations and activities within the given locality/area/town/city and ensures good visibility to the company & its services.
Being in sales, his key motto will be to ensure business growth and at the same time ensure high customer satisfaction.
He will use the lead management system throughout his assignment and keeps updating the same on an ongoing basis
