Lead GenerationGenerate Leads by conducting activities both in the branches as well as in all attached villages, dealerships and other sourcing points as identified from time to time
Manage both the branch as well as attached sourcing points by visiting via a beat plan to ensure activation of all sourcing points
Ensure branch activation and activation of all branch resources
Process Management
Work with Regional Deep Geo Managers to ensure that the required infrastructure is available for sourcing of loans at the branches
Coordinate with the sales managers / ROs of the various products to ensure that the leads sourced may be fulfilled within the expected TAT
Customer Service
Ensure that the customers sourced are aware of the status of their application at all times
Post on-boarding, ensure that service levels are high and evaluate opportunities to up sell / cross sell
Loan Fulfilment
For certain STP or DLP products, to complete the end to end journey including documentation
Competencies Required:
Extensive outdoor marketing, customer service, lead generation. Retail Asset experience of 1 year shall be preferred.
