Job Description

Lead Generation
Generate Leads by conducting activities both in the branches as well as in all attached villages, dealerships and other sourcing points as identified from time to time

 Manage both the branch as well as attached sourcing points by visiting via a beat plan to ensure activation of all sourcing points

 Ensure branch activation and activation of all branch resources
Process Management
 Work with Regional Deep Geo Managers to ensure that the required infrastructure is available for sourcing of loans at the branches

 Coordinate with the sales managers / ROs of the various products to ensure that the leads sourced may be fulfilled within the expected TAT
Customer Service
 Ensure that the customers sourced are aware of the status of their application at all times

 Post on-boarding, ensure that service levels are high and evaluate opportunities to up sell / cross sell
Loan Fulfilment
 For certain STP or DLP products, to complete the end to end journey including documentation

Competencies Required:
 Extensive outdoor marketing, customer service, lead generation. Retail Asset experience of 1 year shall be preferred.
