Job Description

Duties & Functional Responsibility
]  To handle sales responsibility in defined territory/area
]  To source clients for SME Loans products and to increase business volumes.
]  To maintain a healthy pipeline through tele-calling / direct visit.
]  To schedule meetings with prospective clients & to understand their requirements in order to recommend the most suitable loan option for the clients’ specific need.
]  To handle complete documentation including pickup up documents from clients, checking the documents, filling forms, etc.
]  To maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Profile
]  Strong convincing skills
]  Punctual and hardworking
]  Positive attitude
]  Flair for meeting people
]  Good oral and written communication skills
]  Willingness to learn new products and processes
]  Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines
]  To maintaining complete MIS and report daily to the supervisor
Qualifications
]  Graduate (Commerce stream would be an added advantage)
]  0-2 years of experience 
Pay Scale
]  Rs. 2,40,000 – Rs. 2,60,000 Yearly (Gross Pay)
