Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Sourcing and Group Formation.
Conduct CPV (Contact Point Verification)
Conduct CGT (Continuous Group Training)
Organize and prepare customers for the Group Recognition Test
Conduct Center Meeting Process & done Collection.
Loan maintenance & Other Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication and listening skills
Confidence and Presentation skills.
Understanding and interest in financial / banking products and markets.
Understanding of basic mathematics & calculation.
Interest in Traveling in Field, Connecting with people
Ability to analyze and research information
