Responsible of managing a team of about 5-10 members.
· He will be responsible for the acquisition of new corporates.
· Will be responsible for generating leads with his team for salary accounts with multiple corporates.
· Will be meeting big corporates for tie-ups and for lead conversions.
· He will be managing the team targets as per the allocation.
· The main focus of a Key Account Manager is New Corporate Acquisition.
· At the same time, a KAM is supposed to develop Relationships in order to penetrate more business from the Corporates.
· Must have an experience in dealing with Big Corporates in varied industries.
· Must have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
· Must be very aggressive in driving the sales from the team.
· Should have handled sales team previously as well.
