  • Steering of Service Partner from IT perspective for HR Version and Release Management topics
  • Overall IT responsibility for HR process "Develop, manage and maintain Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)" esp. for 6.05.2 "Version Management"
  • Plan and Set up Bayer internal communication regarding Releases and planned downtimes for on premise and Success Factors (SF) (e.g. by SAP Cloud Availability Center)
  • Create yearly HR Version and Release Schedule for On Premise and SF environment, coordinate schedule with stakeholders and communicate agreed schedule to the HR Organization
  • Accountable for Process documentation of Release and Change management for HR Systems
  • Accountable for ICS Framework process for "Change Management" working closely with auditors (e.g.Deloitte) (Audits, providing information)
  • Responsible to control Long Term Changes with respective communication to HR IT organization
  • Evaluate and implement the SF Sync tool
  • Manage and maintain the Test Data on premise and cloud framework (Accenture Clone&Test Tool)
  • Manage and coordinate SF instance refreshes with SAP
