Job Summary:
The Relive Fellowship is a two year, full-time, paid professional commitment.
As a Relive Fellow, you will play a crucial role in empowering seniors through community engagement and events. Your primary responsibility will be to host regional community events for seniors, fostering a sense of belonging and creating memorable experiences for them. This position requires strong facilitation skills, fluency in both Hindi and English, effective communication abilities, excellent time management, and proficiency in social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be a team player, flexible, and willing to collaborate with others.
Engaging closely with experts in the field, fellows will delve into the intricacies of catering to the diverse needs of the elderly population, from healthcare and lifestyle support to emotional well-being. They will have the chance to collaborate on innovative solutions and witness firsthand the impact of these initiatives on the lives of senior citizens.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build partnerships with regional senior housing societies, clubs, and associations.
· Facilitate a range of engaging and interactive events for seniors that encourage social interaction, personal reflection, and a feeling of belonging and community.
· Communicate effectively with seniors, volunteers, and stakeholders in both Hindi and English.
· Manage event logistics, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and documentation to ensure smooth execution.
· Utilize social media platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook, to promote events and increase community engagement.
· Collaborate with the regional team to create compelling digital content that resonates with the target audience.
· Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to changing situations during events.
· Cultivate a supportive and empathetic environment that values senior empowerment and inclusivity.
· Encourage active participation and learning among seniors during events and activities.
· Continuously learn and improve facilitation techniques to enhance the overall experience for participants.
· Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers.
Skills Required:
· Proven teaching experience with the ability to lead engaging and inclusive events
· Fluent in both Hindi and English to effectively communicate with seniors and stakeholders
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong time management and planning abilities to organize events effectively
· Proficiency in digital content creation

Upon completion of the two year fellowship, the following are possible progression pathways:
· Full-time managerial or training roles with Relive Foundation
· Academic progression in the fields of social work, education, public policy, etc.
· Securing a future in one of the fastest growing industries in South Asia
