 We are a global technology startup with the mission of helping men and women with their most pressing dating problems. We are looking for coaches who will help our clients in common dating problems related to:

·       Online dating (how to get matches on Tinder, get dates etc.)

·       Lack of confidence approaching girls

·       Planning for a date  

·       Interactions and conversation with girls

The ideal candidate will be someone with great social skills and a good understanding of social dynamics related to dating.

We have an on-demand staffing model, similar to Uber where drivers are able to make their own schedules. Coaches will be able to select their own hours working during which they will available to interact with clients. Coaches interact with the clients using an Android app.

Responsibilities

·       Engage with clients using a text-based smartphone app to help them with dating issues

·       Contribute to the knowledge base by providing insights on dating, attractions and other related topics

·       Help the marketing team with crafting blog entries, Instagram and Facebook posts, as needed

·       Provide suggestions and ideas to grow the user base of the start-up

Minimum Requirements

·       Great interpersonal skills and a fun, positive mental outlook

·       Ability to empathize with the clients, think on the feet and ask the right questions

·       Be willing to learn and take feedback

·       Access to an Android smartphone and an internet connection

·       Bachelor’s degree in Psychology preferred.
