Job Description:

This position is open because they have a SFDC tool which is being replaced, so client requires manpower to monitor the tasks, check with the other team members and to ensure the tickets are resolved and SLA's are met on time.
This position ensures to maintain the SLA's to close correctly by monitoring the tasks.
They act as the mediators between the customer and the technical teams by monitoring the basic cases and following up to ensure the tasks are completed on time(B2B process).

Qualification Required:

Any graduates (2016/2017/2018)

The selected candidate will be an employee of TEKsystems deployed on a project atHP Enterprise.
