These services are delivered on personal computers (PCs),tablets and on a range of mobile phone platforms. The Company's subsidiaries based in the United States manage the online and print assets, namely the India Abroad Newspaper.

· Bachelors degree in any stream

· At least 2yrs experience of Pre-Sales & Customer Support specific to web technologies

· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;

· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

· Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member

· Ability to determine appropriate priorities and be self-directed

· Demonstrated ability to maintain a fast work pace, managing multiple priorities simultaneously often under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

· Ability to achieve results in the absence of overt guidance is expected 

· Renewal Forecasts and Quarterly Renewal Collections of Enterprise Customers.

· Anticipate Customer issues, Co ordinate with Support team for timely resolution and ensure maximum retention by managing strong relationship.

· Follow up on Pre Sales requirement and provide regular updates including administrative support to the Enterprise customers and Sales force

· Compile data and prepare reports including complex documents / graphics as required

· Establish and maintain positive communication links with the Enterprise Customers

· Implement and consistently improve operational practices and procedures assigned

· Facilitate the Order Processing and approval of Purchase Orders

· Ensure Purchase Order records are kept in accordance with company policies and standard practices

· Ensure immediate Business Partner Commission claims processing and cheques are processed & released in a timely manner

· Work and follow up aggressively on the other duties as assigned
