GMS Reporting 

Job Description: 

· Generating data from multiple data sources and exporting data into MS Excel

· Incorporating specific calculations

· Formatting reports as per standard work requirements and preparing summary

· Email completed report to respective contacts

· Creating case ageing reports

· Creating Charts/Dashboards in MS Excel

· Submitting reports/communicating with contacts on email

· Recommend process or reporting improvements

· Provide timely status and feedback to the management

· To ensure that daily targets are met, and quality is maintained as per SLA / operations metrics

· Publish SLA & Performance reports

· Format and make presentable reports for stakeholders

· Prepare transparent standard reports and analyze to support business needs

· Create business reports that provide insights

· Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize reports

· Exportable reports in different formats (ppt, csv, pdf, xls) for any given date and time range along with daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports.

· Prepare and publish Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly review presentations to stakeholders and customers

Essential Knowledge:

· Any Graduate with experience of 5+ years as reporting analyst using Power Point, Excel.

· Should have good experience working on Macros, and SQL

· Should be capable of analyzing the problems from different angles and perform gap analysis.

· Documenting the exact business needs along with both functional and non-functional requirements.

· Based on business/system needs, create prototype, wireframes, mockups and screens using excel or equivalent tools.

· Ability to work in a high pressure environment and to flexible timings.

· Knowledge in Salesforce, ServiceNOW and CA tools

· Understanding data from various sources like EMS Tools and other data input platforms

· Ability to understand data compliance and operational reports.

· Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel or Similar applications/tools to create pivot tables, graphs and charts

· Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports

Desirable Skills:

· Ability to create data layout like tables, charts, graphs and heat maps as part of reporting capabilities

· Ability to work in a high pressure environment and to flexible timings including weekends. 

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to understand and maintain a wide array of data-related business processes and prepare Reports

· Knowledge in Qliksense & PowerBI

· Ability to work as an independent team player / under less supervision
