VoIS is changing and this means the way we report Resourcing KPI s is changing too Updating and driving excellent governance and process around all internal and external hiring is a critical element of how VOIS bring in the best way of reporting to consistently maintain transparency with local Global stake holders The Reporting specialist delivers all the reports for resourcing with detailed analysis and insights of the constantly changing scenarios of resourcing deliveries The role will also responsible to work in collaboration with local Global SPOCs of HR systems to automate the reports The role will ensure maintenance of a central repository of all the versioned reports so that we history is easily retrievable for any quantitative and qualitative analysis Key accountabilities and decision ownership Create and version all Resourcing reportsDevelop the right checks to ensure 100 data accuracy Publish reports to the defined stake holders in the defined frequencyMake way for customized reports as per the demand of stake holdersDerive data points for decision making in driving the implementation of Resourcing strategy Key performance indicators All admin resourcing tasks completed on timeCandidate Experience feedback NPS Time to hire Core competencies knowledge and experience MS excel PowerPoint Agile ways of WorkingGood communicationKnowhow of Resourcing processesAnalytical bent of mind
