Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for End-to-End lifecycle management of the Partner engagement with Dell Technologies
Perform problem cause analysis and answer escalation questions
Communicate with Partner Entities and Stakeholders while investigating or providing problem resolution
Assist and support co-workers in the successful performance of their job
Collaborate with other teams for quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction
Ensure all assigned tasks and responsibilities are successfully performed and discharged within the prescribed SLA parameters
Attend and actively participate in all the team meetings
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via phone, e-mail and/or chat and follow-up as appropriate
Adhere to all the policies and procedures of the organization and the line of business
24/5 availability, including willingness to work on weekends, nights and outside of the "standard" work day (as required)
Performs other duties as required

Essential Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English skills and an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance
Excellent problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to analyse problems logically
Self-disciplined, self-motivated, diligent, proactive and detail oriented
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to effectively manage time and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority
Excellent ability to determine situational needs and provide appropriate solutions
Positive attitude with quick learning ability & good grasping power
Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of relevant experience
