- Assist Principal and General Manager in carrying out various administrative duties :
- Handling queries / grievances of parents
- Managing physical infrastructure facilities
- Maintenance of school records
- Managing Canteen Facilities
- Liaison with various Government / External Agencies, Organizations & Neighboring Societies
- Administrative arrangements for various school programmes, Annual Excursions & Field Visits
- Supervision of Housekeeping
- Supervision of Security
- Managing Essential services like water, electricity, etc.
- Work in Co-ordination with various external & internal departments.
- Other allied work
