Duties

• Ability to learn and use new processes and technology
• Understanding of basic business terminologies, Knowledge Services and its offerings
• Moderate industry & consulting service area knowledge and understanding of Knowledge
Management systems - Intranets, Content Management Systems, Enterprise Search,
People Directories, Social/Collaboration sites, external research tools and company profiles
etc.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• A track record of following through on commitments
• Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or be part of larger
engagements
• Experience in secondary research will be an advantage
• Positive attitude and presence, ability to interact with senior professionals and deal with
conflict in a mature and professional manner
