Job Title: Research Analyst (Back-end Operation)

Experience: 0 months to 2 years (candidates fresher with internship are also fine with us)

Qualification: Graduate

Gender: Female

Shift time:  Night

Working Days: Mon Fri (Sat & Sun Fixed Off)

Location: Mumbai (Andheri West)

 Roles & Responsibilities

• Excellent Communication skill ( verbal and written)

• Major work is a back office, data, Internet research related

• Work directly with clients from all over the world

• Effectively communicate with clients via telephone and email.

• Work on excels, powerpoint presentations, word documents.

• Develop and maintain an effective work relationship with clients.

• Take accurate enquiry details from client.

• Understand the work requirement of the client and communicate effectively.

• Maintain an effective tracking system of all enquiries.

• Data research, data mining, data entry and use of CRM is a plus.

• Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities to team leader.

• Record, monitor and assess results of referred enquiries.

• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
