Job Description

NIMH/PROJ/LSE/SA/RA/NOTIF./2020-21 21.09.2020

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates, for filling up post of Research Assistant on contract basis in the London School of Economics funded project entitled “Strengthening Responses to Dementia in Developing Countries (STRiDE)” – under Dr. Suvarna Alladi, Professor of Neurology and Principal Investigator.

Research Assistant/Number of the post 03 

Essential Qualification : M. Phil/Masters in Social Work/ Psychology/ Sociology/ Economics/ health sciences Or  Masters in Social Work/ Psychology/ Sociology/ Economics/ health sciences with one year experience in working in Mental health/ Dementia 

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Kannada/ Hindi/ Telugu 

Desirable :A demonstrable ability to conduct research under supervision and in line with the objectives of the project.  Previous experience of working with dementia/ vulnerable groups. Experience in qualitative research

Maximum Age limit :35 years 

Salary: Rs.26,250/- pm consolidated
