RGIPT jobs - Research Assistant

Applications are invited for the post of Research Assistant at a fixed stipend of Rs. 20000/- P.M.(Twenty thousand per month) for council of science and technology, UP, sponsored project entitled “ Flue Gas Decarbonization Using Novel Green Solvents” sanctioned up to Three Years. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with project. The candidate should possess minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CPI on a 10 point scale and minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CPI on a 10 point scale in M.Tech.

1. Post Name: Research Assistant

2. Essential Qualification: B.Tech Chemical Engineering/Materials Science/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CPI on a 10 point scale AND M. Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Materials Science/ Mechanical Engineering or allied branch with minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CPI on a 10 point scale.  The candidate must have been born in Uttar Pradesh, India.

3. Experience: Candidates with prior experience in the synthesis of ionic liquids, deep eutectic solvents, CO2 capture etc. would be given preference.

4. Stipend: A fixed stipend of Rs. 20000/- P.M.(Twenty thousand per month)

5. Duration: The initial appointment will be for one year, which is extendable up to another year, solely based on performance. Hostel accommodation will be provided on the payment basis as applicable.

Age Limit:

Upper age limit is 28 years as on 1st April, 2021
