Qualification : M. Sc. (Ag) in Agrometeorology / Agriculture (preferably Agronomy / Soil Science /Entomology) with three years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MSc programme with atleast one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) journal, or Ph.D. in relevant Agriculture field. Knowledge in computer application.
Desirable : Experience in Agroadvisory Services, Weather modeling, Weather Data analysis
Emoluments : Rs. 49,000/- per month for M.Sc. holder, Rs. 54000 per month for Ph.D. holder and H.R.A. as per guidelines of VV.
Age Limit : The maximum age limit is 40 years for man and 45 years for women candidates.
