Integrated Assessments & Modelling: Research Associate/Associate Fellow

Experience:4 - 5 years

Qualification Requirements: - Strong academic record with master-s (or above) in Economics/ Statistics/ Energy/ Environmental Economics/ Physics/ Engineering/ Social Sciences/ Mathematics, or any other relevant field with up to 4 years of related experience

- Proficiency in quantitative and statistical analysis

- Inclination towards conducting both qualitative and quantitative research

- Ability to handle, analyse and synthesise large datasets

- Good communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and delivering quality outputs

- Demonstrated ability of working independently as well as in a multicultural and interdisciplinary team with limited supervision

- Understanding of India-s energy sector and policies especially power sector is desired

- Willingness to learn new research and project management skills

- Experience with risk and impact assessment is preferred

- Experience with coding languages or analytical software such as R, Python, GAMS or Stata is preferred

- Prior knowledge or experience of energy and resource economics, quantitative modeling, and scenario designing is preferred
