KRA:

a)  Understand client requirements and project brief delivering outcome based upon the defined SLAs

b) Responsible for the development of customer call lists through data mining through primary and secondary research

c) Reaching out to TOP CXOs across industry, inviting them to be part of an industry-related event as a delegate

d) Data mining and data profiling
