Job Description

Name of PostResearch Associate - I Electrical Engineering

Name of Project: Realizing distributed Quantum computing with Silicon based spin qubits

Funding agency: DST

Minimum Educational qualification (as prescribed by the funding agency): Ph.D. degree in Physics/electrical engineering/material engineering or equivalent. Candidate who have just submitted their Ph.D thesis may also apply.

Preference: Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience in (i) device processing, fabrication techniques such as lithography, metallization, etching (ii) Processing Silicon and/or GaAs materials (iii) Sound background in MOSFET fabrication and measurements.

Number of posts: 01

Fellowship amount: Rs.47000/- + HRA p/m or as per DST norms and Guidance.

Tenure of the post06-months and extendable by 1-Year subjective to the satisfactory performance

Age: 32 Years or below as on the closing date of application, A relaxation as per DST norms for SC/ST/OBC and women candidates.
