Job Description

Project entitled, "Mechanism of recognition of HACI pre-mRNA by the nuclear exosome/CTEXT during the activation of unfolded protein response in Saccharomyces cerevisiae" under the supervision of Prof. Biswadip Das, Principal Investigator, Department of Life Science and Biotechnology, Jadavpur University as per details below:

1. Post Name: Research Associate-I

2. No. of Post: 01

3. Essential Qualification: Ph. D/MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree with having 3 years of research, and teaching with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal. (as per SERB guidelines; OM/SR/S9/Z-08/2018, dated 30.01.2019).

4. Duration: Till the termination of the project.

5. Fellowship: Rs.58, 280/- per month consolidated.

6. Desirable Qualification: Technical experience in the experiments on Molecular Genetics of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae is required.
