All India Institute of Medical Sciences Jodhpur (AIIMS Jodhpur) invites application for the position Research Associate III

Number of Post: 01 (OBC)

Essential Qualification: PhD / MD / MS / MDS / OR equivalent degree OR having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MS / M.Pharma / ME / M.Tech with at least one Research Paper in Indexed Journal.

Desirable: Two or three years’ previous experience of working in community projects and proficiency in Hindi and English language will be preferred. Knowledge and Experience in Qualitative Research and GIS are high desirable

Job Profile:

i. Will work under the guidance of the PI and Co-I to coordinate day to day execution of the project activities by the field team. Will be required to liaise with Government authorities for undertaking the project; interview the community leaders, health care providers and make field visits as per the project requirement.

ii. Must be able to conduct review of literature, carry out primary data collection, stakeholder interviews, statistical analysis, report writing etc. Research Associate will coordinate with PI and Co-Is for project management and all other works directly or indirectly related to the Project, as assigned by PI and Co-Is

Job duration: 01 Year

Place of work: AIIMS Jodhpur with field visits in Rajasthan and liaison visits as required

Monthly salary: 62,640/- (including HRA) per month

Age Limit: 40 Years

AIIMS Jodhpur is one of the SIX NEW AIIMS established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) with the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country and attaining self sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education. PMSSY planned to set up 6 new AIIMS like institutions in under served areas of the country.
