Job Description

No. IITD/IRD/RP03551G/216714, Advertisement No.: IITD/IRD/036/2020 

Title of the Project: Condition Monitoring and Prediction of Thermal Runaway through Experiments, Numerical modeling and Estimation of State-of-charge in Lithium-ion Cells (RP03551G) 

Research Associate (1)

Pay Scale : Rs.36,000/- p.m. plus HRA @ 30%

Qualification: Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering OR having 3 years of research experience post M.Tech. with minimum one paper in SCI journal. 

Criteria: (i) Background in control systems (state-space design) and state/parameter estimation algorithms, e.g. EKF, nonlinear observer etc. (ii) Excellent programming skills in MATLAB (iii) Understanding of Li-ion battery models is a plus.
